I could type paragraphs gushing about this chilli jam, but I don’t wish to bore anyone, so I’ll keep it as concise as possible!
It is a masterpiece!
The sweet and savoury combo is ramped up a gear with the addition of onions providing a perfect culinary delight for your taste buds!
Using lemon juice instead of vinegar is really what sets this apart from other chilli jams for me, all too often vinegar is the overpowering taste in savoury jams which I find off putting.
It is mild, but it certainly gives a warm glow, so it would be a good family condiment for those of us who have people that don’t like super hots.
Its a good all rounder, I can think of lots of ways I’m going to use it, if I ever stop eating it on cheese on toast that is!

I have tried many. Different brands of chilli jams but this has to be the best.
