Returns and Refunds

As a consumer if you are not satisfied with your purchase you must return it within 7 working days of receipt and we will offer a full refund minus the cost of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and unopened.

We will not be held liable for the return postage unless you have received faulty goods. Please keep proof of postage as items remain your responsibility until we receive them. Devonchilliman is not responsible for any charges incurred.
